Cícero João de Cézare, nicknamed Cicinho (born June 24, 1980 in Pradópolis,
São Paulo, Brazil), is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a wingback. He is
currently signed with the Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid. Cicinho is known
for his combative tackling, darting runs and attacking play. He is nowadays
compared to Roberto Carlos, due to his ability to attack as well as defend.
In 2005 he won the Confederations Cup with the Brazilian National Team. He
officially joined Real Madrid in December 2005. He is one of 23 players
called in to the Brazilian squad for World Cup 2006.
