Cindy Taylor was born in Asunción, Paraguay, on April 18, 1977. The daughter
of a Paraguayan mother of Italian and Portuguese descent, and an American
father, Cindy grew up in Clarksburg, West Virginia. When she was eight,
Cindy's parents divorced, and she moved back to Asunción with her mother,
where she resided for ten years.
Paraguayan-born, American-raised Cindy Taylor is a wealth of contradictions.
Bold yet far from fearless, her Latin fire is cooled by a pragmatic
perspective.

She is just at home in the U.S.A. as she is in Paraguay, but could never
sever her ties with either country. Indeed, though Cindy is based in America,
she visits family in Paraguay often -- even the in-laws -- now that she has
found a husband in her hometown of Asunción.
It is this unique and truly multicultural element that has brought Taylor
success first as a Miami model, and now as the new host of the globetrotting
series, Wild On, which has her traveling the world to explore local scenes
and try out exotic customs. |
