Garrett John Hedlund (born September 3, 1984) is an American actor.
Hedlund was born in Roseau, Minnesota to Robert Martin Hedlund and Kristine
Ane Yanish; he has two siblings, Nathaniel (a brother) and Amanda (a sister).
He grew up on a farm in a small town, later moving to Arizona, where he
attended Horizon High School and graduated a semester early.

Bean and in Teen Magazine. He began his acting career after graduating from
high school. His first film role was as Patroclus, Achilles's cousin, in the
movie Troy (2004); he appeared in the film Friday Night Lights in the same
year.
In 2005, Hedlund co-starred in John Singleton's crime movie, Four Brothers,
as one of the four titular siblings. He is now filming a supporting role in
film version of the book Eragon, slated to be released in December, 2006. |
