Udo Kier (born Udo Kierspe October 14, 1944 in Cologne, Germany) is a German actor.
He began his acting career as a protégé of film director Rainer Werner Fassbinder, who was also his lover. He has starred in many vampire movies, such as Shadow of the Vampire (2000) and Blood for Dracula by Paul Morrissey (1974), both as vampire and mere human. He has also starred in all of Lars von Trier's movies, and is the godfather of Trier's daughter Agnes.

Udo also made an appearance alongside Brigitte Nielsen in Korn's music video Make Me Bad, as a military "scientist" conducting bizarre experiments on his "patients" (the band members). He is described in the "making of" of this video as having "fucked-up eyes but he's funny as shit", by Korn's frontman Jonathan Davis.
He also starred as Yuri in the Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 games. |
